A murrine theme based on my previous works.
Fourth release, made some changes!

No border toolbar does not work in all apps :( Just noticed that evolution and anjuta (maybe more) ignore the option
GtkToolbar::shadow_type = GTK_SHADOW_NONE Do you know a way around this? Don't those apps use GtkToolbar - maybe!?

Some applications ignore

There's a testcase inside

There's a testcase inside the engine, it apply the setting when some conditions are true.
Sometimes, unfortunately, few applications are not build with the standards, for example using nested V/HBox and similar things.
These cause the engine to fail the testcase and don't apply the shadow-none effect
