Installing from Source Code:

Download the source code and:

After the extraction of the file, go in the source dir and compile as following:
$ ./configure --prefix=/usr --enable-animation
$ make
and then as root:
# make install

Remember to use --prefix=/usr.... :)

Using Binary Packages:

• Ubuntu:

Murrine is in Universe! Check out feisty repository!

• Fedora:

Murrine is in Fedora 7! Install as always

• Archlinux

Murrine is in community as gtk-engine-murrine

• Gentoo:

Murrine is in Portage! Install as always
